Im new to uploading media in ipfs, how can i construct this url ipfs://QmRxn3cLBgyGfCPi1LgbFCpT8tJCiEWt6exrww7ZRs4aCz returned from uploadMedia method from orbis to put in img src property?

On your front-end you need to replace ipfs:// by either your gateway URL or a classic one like https://ipfs.io/ipfs
